Welcome to MKG Financial Group Private Equity Fund Advisors LLC (SM-RTOP) secondary market rent to own program. We provide 24/7 Property Management & Facility Maintenance full service property management company offering the best service on the market.

For Owners (our clients):

As a full-service property management company we will, on the owner’s behalf, collect the rent, pay the appropriate bills, and be on-call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. If/when the unit becomes vacant we will inspect the property, make a list of what needs to be done to make the unit rent-ready, and, with the owners’ permission (and money), have the work done. We use only licensed vendors with all applicable insurance (e.g., liability and workers’ comp.) Our standard is a one-year lease for the initial occupancy. Once a month we will provide the owners a set of reports showing all income and all expenses. These reports (and the accompanying checks applicable) will generally be put in the mail not later than the 10th of each month for all activity for the previous month. Each computer-generated report will have handwritten comments explaining any anomalies or unusual entries. Candor and good communications are very important to us and we strive for that with each client. One of our goals is to answer the client’s questions even before they are asked.

For tenants/residents (our lease to buy renters):


Our objective is to provide well-maintained housing for those looking to lease. That includes luxury homes and condos, homes in gated communities as well as subdivisions, and moderate and low-income properties. Our properties include single-family houses, individual condos, as well as apartment homes. Some of our properties do accept Section 8 vouchers. We have high standards for maintenance and high standards for approving applicants.

We ask 3 things from our tenants:

1. Pay the rent on time.

2. Take care of the property. and,

3. Get along reasonably well with your neighbors.


Our promise to you is to make the necessary repairs as soon as possible when notified of a problem.
