Community Action Plan
1. Annual Psychiatric and Psychological testing
2. Cultural diversity
3. Risk Prevention training
4. Mandatory anger management classes
5. Limit Qualified Immunity for unreasonable actions
6. Good cop protection from retaliation for reporting bad cops
7. Thou shall not kill an unarmed man
8. Thou shall not racial profile
9. Thou shall not abuse the color of law
10. Provide therapist to officers coping with traumatic events
11. Provide confidential HOTLINE for all law enforcement to report:
•Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
•Depression
•Cope with Violence and Disasters
9. Rehabilitation for drugs and alcohol addictions.
10. Weekly drug testing
11. Must spend 2 nights in jail annually to understand accountability to not feel superior as a reminder of their oath taken to protect and serve the citizen
12. Thou shall not smuggle drugs
13. Thou shall not except gratuities
14. Thou shall not shoot suspects in the back or head who are not an imminent threat or danger or running away.
15. Thou shall be held liable for civil lawsuit for constitutional violations.
16. Entitled to semi annual raises for meeting code of conduct requirements
17. Ban on choke holds and carotid holds
